appreciation for the actions of the naval crews gave the commander in chief to order the troops of the red Army and the Navy on 22 June 1945. There was emphasized: “the Baltic, Black and Barents seas, on the Volga, the Danube and the Dnieper Soviet sailors in four years of war, has written a new page in the book of Russian naval glory. Fleet until the end fulfilled its duty to the Soviet Motherland”.
Nikolai Evmenov in his congratulatory message noted that the crews of the ships and submarines of the Russian Navy for the year completed more than one hundred Hiking and military services. “The Navy has resumed round-the-world trips detachments of warships, intensified Oceanographic research of the World ocean”, – said in the congratulation of the commander-in-chief.
