Russia started to celebrate the Victory Day on the ships of the joint command of troops and forces on Severo-the East of Russia and nuclear submarines of the composition of submarine forces of the Pacific fleet raised the national flags.
In OKVS reported that “the celebration began on the Kamchatka Peninsula with raising the national flags and colorization flags on ships”. This was followed by “the carrying out of fighting banners of units and formations” and “the solemn March of the personnel in places of permanent deployment”, reports TASS.
Later will be a laying of wreaths at the monuments to those killed during the great Patriotic war and lay a wreath on the water and air parade. The parade will take part supersonic fighter-interceptor MiG-31 and anti-submarine aircraft Il-38N.
This will be followed by the action “Immortal regiment”, and under the Windows veterans will perform songs from the front-line brigade. The festival will conclude with fireworks in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
