Alexander Lukashenko for a column of soldiers marched into the great hall of the crypts of the temple and took part in the laying of capsules. He lit a candle in memory of the fallen soldiers and innocent victims of the great Patriotic war.
In the course of the year, according to local sources, in all regions of Belarus were held stocks on the tab at the capsule of earth from the places of military glory. They took place with the participation of veterans of the great Patriotic war, representatives of governments, labor groups, clergy. The rally was joined by foreign States. In the niche of the crypt of the temple has a capsule with the earth from hero cities of Volgograd, Kerch, Kiev, Moscow, Odessa, Sevastopol, Smolensk, and also from States who fought against fascism during the great Patriotic war.
