The Russian Central election Commission has processed 99.9% of the protocols of the nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution, news agencies reported.
The amendment was voted 77,93% of Russian citizens against 21,26%, reports TASS.
Recall, the turnout on the background of the situation with coronavirus was 65%.
The voting lasted a week, and to give voice not only to regular sites, but also on the local area, at home and even outside the country (using the “Mobile voter”). Muscovites and residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region could take part in electronic voting.
Experts pointed out the total victory of the supporters of the amendments and the organizers of the campaign which “came in resonance with Russia.”
Held the vote and the acknowledged representatives of the opposition.
