About 12.5 thousand violations revealed that taxi drivers in Moscow for the first half of this year. Mainly in taxis there was no information about tariffs and carrier in the cabin scheme in the form of "checkered" on the body or lamp taxi roof, told TASS on Thursday, the press service of the Moscow road administrative inspection (MADI).
In Moscow – about 52.4 thousand of valid work permits of taxi companies.
"12.5 thousand violations of the rules of carriage of passengers and Luggage by taxi inspectors found MADI in the first six months of 2020. Flaws in the carriers recorded during the daily joint raids with the traffic police", – said the press service.
It clarified that most of the taxi cars there was no information about tariffs and carrier in the cabin scheme in the form of "checkered" on the body or lamp taxi roof. For such violations to drivers and companies are fined from 1 up to 50 thousand rubles.
"in addition, for security purposes, passengers inspectors temporarily seized and sent to spetsstavki 1 613 taxis, as the drivers were missing waybills, which made a mark on the mandatory technical and medical checks. Note that a faulty car or poor health of the driver are often the cause of the accident. We also remind you that, according to the decree of the mayor of Moscow and the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor, taxi drivers and passengers are required to wear masks and gloves. This is to prevent the spread of the coronavirus", – said the press service.
